A storefront format for specialty coffee

SENS Spot is a property-integrated format for robotic coffee service. Guests approach a street-facing ordering and pickup area while the equipment sits within the planned storefront installation.

The concept pairs the SENS drink offering with an architectural frontage. It is a different installation from a freestanding RoboCafe and needs an individual design and site review. The images illustrate the brand concept, not a standardized construction package.

Start with the property

A suitable frontage needs convenient customer access and room for people to order and collect drinks without blocking circulation. Review visibility, expected demand, lighting, security and the surrounding businesses.

Behind the frontage, plan equipment access, storage, ingredient replenishment, waste handling and a route for maintenance. The operating team must be able to reach the service areas safely and consistently.

Confirm utilities and the installation scope

The installation plan should identify electrical supply, water and drainage arrangements, ventilation needs, equipment clearances and the work required at the opening. Final specifications depend on the chosen configuration and the property.

Confirm landlord consent and applicable local approvals before construction. Outdoor exposure, glazing, signage and customer access need review for the actual site. A concept rendering does not establish that a particular placement has been approved.

Serve a menu people return for

SENS focuses on specialty coffee, fresh milk drinks and matcha. Review the menu and ingredient supply for your market alongside the service workflow. Consistency depends on recipes, replenishment and properly maintained equipment.

Operating hours depend on the property, customer access, local requirements and the service arrangement. Discuss the hours that suit the venue rather than assuming every storefront can operate continuously.

Choose an operating arrangement

Define who cleans and restocks the unit, responds to service issues and supports customers. These responsibilities remain essential even when drink preparation is automated.

Ask SENS about the operating options available in your market. Compare them with the managed RoboCafe model and review the cost categories before selecting the format.

Share your storefront

Send the city, address, frontage photos, approximate available space and current use of the property. Tell us whether you own the space or are discussing it with a landlord.

The next step is a property-specific discussion of layout, equipment, operating responsibilities and the proposal. SENS Spot availability, configuration and commercial terms are confirmed individually.
